2 C zuccini
3 eggs
1 C oil
2 C sugar
3 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamin

Bake 350 in a greased pan
1 hour loaf pan
1/2 hour for 2-8x8 or 1-9x13 pans

I like to use the 8x8 pans it seems to cook more evenly. I can always cut 1 of the 8x8 breads in half to resemble a loaf.
