1 deep dish 9" pie crust
FILLING
2 C cooked apples sliced very thin (I always use can)
3/4 c sugar
2 T flour
salt (pinch)
1 egg
1 C sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Crumb Topping
3/4 C flour
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 C butter (room temperature)

Directions:
Directions:
Do not bake crust before. Combine apples, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in beaten egg and vanilla. Fold in sour cream. Bake at 350 for 25 min add crumbs and bake at 350 for 30 min more.
