4 Pieces of Fish; Salmon, Cod, Halibut, Trout, etc.
1 small bag Spinach Leaves
1 Red or Green Bell Pepper, cut in strips
1 Onion, sliced
1 Lemon, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 c. Italian Dressing
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fish leave whole or fillets. Use large piece of heavy duty foil to place fish on. Salt and pepper fish. Put spinach on foil, place fish on top of spinach. Add bell pepper strips on top of fish. Then onion and lemon slices. Salt and pepper vegetables. Pour Italian dressing over to coat. Fold foil at top and sides to seal. Grill or bake 10 to 20 minutes or till done. 350
