4 c. apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in a microwave baking pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a small bowl, melt butter at High for 30-45 seconds. Stir in rolled oats, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Combine well. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Microwave at High for 8-10 minutes. Allow to set 5-7 minutes after cooking time.
