2 c. carrots, cooked
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
dash cinnamon
1 stick butter; melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in food processor, add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 400, then 45 minutes longer at 350.
