1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cauliflower flowerets
2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. carrots, cut into julienne strips
2 small onions, quartered

Directions:

Heat oven to 400. In 13" x 9" baking pan melt butter in oven (5 min.). Stir in thyme, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover with lid or foil; bake for 25-30 min. or until vegetables are crisply tender.
