1# Brie cheese
2 T minced parsley
2 T fresh grated Parmesan cheese
4 sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained & rinsed (reserve 1 T oil)
6 cloves garlic minced & mashed into paste
1 tsp dried basil crumbled or 4 fresh leaves)

Directions:
Directions:
With top rind removed place Brie on serving plate.
In small bowl, combine parsley, Parmesan, tomatoes, garlic & basil. Add reserved oil and combine well. Spread mixture over Brie and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. Serve with French bread rounds or crackers.
