1 small onion, chopped
1 small jalapeņo chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2# chicken cut into bite sized pieces
2 T vegetable oil
16 oz can stewed tomatoes
10 oz can Rotel
20 oz can chicken broth
10 3.4 oz can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, jalapeņo, garlic and chicken in oil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or longer.
Top with fresh cilantro, grated cheese, sour cream, & crushed tortilla chips
