1 large beef chuck roast
2 cans Rotel tomatoes and chiles
1 large can whole green chiles
2-3 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
tortillas
cheese-shredded
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Remove fat from roast and cut into chunks. Cook in crock pot until tender. Shred and serve with tortillas, cheese and sour cream
