1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 qt milk (32 oz)
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins
2 sp. vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook together and stir, 1 cup rice and 2 cups water until water is just about gone. Add 2 qt milk, cook until rice is soft, must be juicy, if not add more milk. Add sugar, salt and raisins. Cook again, then let stand until cool. Add vanilla and eggs to rice. Bake until brown on top at 350
