2 pkg (3 oz each) strawberry jello 2 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. cold water 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water. Measure 1 3./4 c. and set aside. Gradually blend remaining jello with cream cheese. Pour into bowl or pan. Chill until set but not firm. Chill measured jello until slightly thickened. Fold in strawberries and spoon on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm.
