10-12 tomatillos, quartered
1/2-1 jalapeņo pepper, halved
1 small-medium onion, quartered
1 bunch of cilantro
1 lime
salt
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatillos in water for 5-8 minutes. Drain water. Cook for a few minutes. Put in blender with jalapeņo. Be careful if still hot. Add salt, lime to taste. Pulse to consistency desired. Pour into dish. Pulse onions and cilantro roughly. Add to dish and mix together.
serve with chips
