Ingredients:  
2 lbs. round steak or top sirloin, cut into strips
flour
1 tsp salt
2 cans beef broth
1 C. sour cream
butter
1 can mushrooms
1 large onion chopped
egg noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Coat steak strips in flour and fry in butter. Add beef broth. Cook for 1 hour on low. Add mushrooms and onions. Just before serving, add sour cream.
