1 lb. ground beef 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 small can green chilies 2 cans ranch beans 1/2 green pepper diced 1/2 onion diced 1 small clove garlic 1 tsp. hot sauce dash of Montreal steak seasoning 1/2 can of beer (preferably dark or amber)
Brown hamburger, then place all ingredients along with the hamburger in a crock pot or stove top pot and simmer on low for 4-6 hours. Use salt and pepper to taste
