1 graham cracker crust
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. condensed milk
1/2 c. sugar






Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yellows. Add lemon juice and condensed milk and beat together. Pour this mixture into pie crust. For topping, beat egg whites until fluffy. Add sugar. Beat until stiff. Spread this meringue mixture over pie forming peaks, and place in 325 oven. Let brown, then remove. When cool to room temperature, refrigerate for 6 hours.
