1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 T. margarine
1 c. uncooked rice
1 - 101/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
2 - 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli, barely cooked and drained
1 - 8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
1 - 4 oz. can water chestnuts, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onions and celery in margarine. Cook rice according to package directions. Mix all ingredients. Put in 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
