1 can (29 oz) peach halves
1 can (29 oz) pear halves
2 cans (13 oz each) pineapple tidbits
1 small bottle maraschino cherries
1/3 cup melted butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp curry powder
3 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit; place hollow side up in a shallow baking dish. Mix all other ingredients; pour over top. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. This is best made a day or two ahead and reheated at 350 for hour. Any fruit may be substituted.
