3 cups cooked cubed chicken
1 cup celery, diced
1 tart apple, diced
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, apples, mandarin oranges and macadamia nuts. Stir together mayonnaise, curry powder and salt. Toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle blue cheese over top. Chill and serve.
