2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream the shortening and sugar. Add bananas, milk, and egg. Mix well. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda and add to banana/sugar mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
