1/2 cup minced onion
1 lb ground beef
2 TBSP flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1 LB sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Add garlic. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and soup. Stir and cook uncovered 10 minutes. Add sour cream and serve over noodles.
