1 lb hamburger meat
1 TBSP onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms (or canned)
2 pkgs frozen spinach
1 can cream of celery soup
12oz sour cream
1 cup minute rice
Grated jack cheese, to taste

Brown hamburger, onion, garlic powder salt and pepper in pan; add mushrooms and cook until done. Pour in 12x 12 Pyrex dish. Heat 2 packages of frozen spinach until thawed. Place on top of meat mixture.

Mix soup, sour cream and rice together. Add to top of meat mixture. Cover with grated jack cheese.

Bake at 300 oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
