1 tsp. margarine
1 clove garlic
1 and 3/4 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked orzo
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped spinach
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add water, orzo and salt. bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 13 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in spinach and remaining ingredients.
