1, 10oz package Hash Browns, frozen (thaw and fork apart)
1 cup cream potato soup
1 cup cream celery soup
1 small carton sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all in big bowl. Put in casserole dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake at 325 for 2 hours.

Alternative: (Large sized option)
Use 28oz bag hash browns
3 cans soup
1/2 can water
adjust spices to taste
