2 cups fresh corn kernels
1 (14 23/4 oz) can cream-style corn
1 (8 1/2oz) box corn muffin mix
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 TBSP light stick butter, melted, in large bowl

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray. MIx all ingredients in the large bowl you used to melt the butter. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.

1/10th= 178 calories, 5g fat; 2 g sat. fat, 0 g trans fat; 4 mg chol, 432 mg sodium, 31 g carb, 3 g fiber, 4 g protein, 45 mg calcium.
