Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup lime juice, divided
1 tbsp. lime zest
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Butter and flour a 9 or 10 inch bundt pan.

1) Combine the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, 1/4 cup lime juice, and lime zest. Beat for about 2 minutes. Pour into the bundt pan.

2) Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cake pulls away slightly from the sides of the pan and cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.

3) For the glaze, combine the remaining lime juice and white sugar in a small pan and heat over low heat until the sugar melts.

4) When the cake is removed from the oven set it on a cooling rack. Poke tiny holes in cake with a thin skewer and brush the cake with half of the glaze.

5) Cool the cake in the pan for about 10 minutes and invert onto a plate.

6) Poke holes on the top and sides of cake and brush with remaining glaze. When cool, sift powdered sugar over the cake before serving.

Personal Notes:
It won't seem like all of the glaze will soak into the cake, but it really does.
