12 oz. cottage cheese 3 oz. box of Jello 6 oz. canned crushed pineapple (drained very well) 8 oz. cool whip NOTE: Add *orange jello with drained mandarin oranges *strawberry jello with fresh or frozen strawberries (my favorite) *raspberry jello with fresh or frozen raspberries
Mix the first three ingredients together, the gently fold in the cool whip and fruit. Chill at least an hour.
