1/2 pound butter
2 T minced green onions
2 ½ tsp poppy seeds
¾ tsp horseradish
2 tsp dry mustard
2 dozen small buns or loaf of small cocktail rye
thin sliced boiled ham
swiss cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 5 ingredients until creamy. Butter both sides of bread or bun. Make a sandwich with squares of ham and cheese as filling. Cover with foil. Warm to serve at 325 for 10 minutes. Makes 24.
Can be made ahead and popped in the oven at the last minute. Can be made on larger rye bread for a marvelous sandwich.
