2 cups grated cheddar cheese
cup green onion, chopped fine
cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic salt
tomatoes
rye crisp or rye bread (thin party slices) or Pinahs
several slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Cut tomatoes into thin pieces and arrange on crackers or bread. Spread cheese layer over tomatoes. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place crumbled bacon over cheese. Bake a few more minutes.
