1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1 T mayonnaise
1 10 oz can each of apricots, mandarin oranges, and crushed pineapple, all drained
1 apple, diced (not peeled), optional

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream. Cream the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Combine whipped cream and cream cheese mixture. Fold in fruit. Chill to allow flavors to blend. Serves 6-8.
Suggestion: This can be made 24 hours ahead. Itís also good as dessert.
