"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 pound ground ham 1 pound ground pork 2 cups bread crumbs 1 cup milk 2 eggs
Sauce: 1 ½ cups brown sugar 1 teaspoon mustard ½ cup vinegar ½ cup water
Boil all together in saucepan and then pour over meatballs in large baking pan. Suggestion: serve warm with toothpicks. May be easily reheated if you cover the pan with foil and add water if they are sticking to the pan.
