Red Onion
Lime juice
Watermelon
feta cheese
black olives
olive oil
parsley
mint

Directions:
Directions:
Cut red onion into "half moons" and macerate in
lime juice until pink. Place in a serving dish:
cut-up watermelon, crumbled feta cheese,
black olives. Pour onions with juice over all.
Drizzle on some olive oil. Tear in some
parsley and some fresh mint leaves. Toss
and serve.
