1 1/2 cup veg oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs----Cream these together
3 cups grated carrots
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp all spice

1/2 cup butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix the first 3 ingredients together. then add every thing except flour together. Then add flour a little at a time. Then add 1 tsp vanilla when blended
Pour into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 min.
Mix the frosting up and spread onto cold cake.

Can also add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup raisins.
