2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/8 tsp. cream tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler, cook over rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring often. Gently turn into bowl for electric mixer. Beat at high speed until frosting stands in peaks. Stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla.
