3 TBSP MILK
2/3 C FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT

Directions:
Directions:
BEAT EGG UNTIL LIGHT; ADD THE MILK; MIX.
SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, SALT, B P AND ADD TO THE EGG AND MILK. THIS WILL FORM A HEAVY BATTER. DROP BY THE SPOONFULS INTO HOT GRAVY OR BROTH. GOOD WITH CHICKEN.
