1 pkg caramels
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup butter(melted)
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Set aside. In large mixing bowl mix cake mix, remaining milk, butter and half of chocolate chips. Press half of the dough into pan. Bake at 325 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Pour caramel mixture over chips. crumble remaining dough over caramel. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350
