6 fish fillets
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. flour
1/2 cup beer
2 egg whites beaten stiff
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift cornstarch and flour. Add beer and mix until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Season fillets with paprika and dip into batter. Fry in 1" hot oil until brown.
