Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg Oreo cookies
2 sticks margarine
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs, beaten
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 gallon ice cream, any flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Crush entire package of cookies and spread 1/2 to 2/3 of the crumbs in the bottom of a large cake pan (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray). Melt the margarine and chocolate and let cool a bit, then add the beaten eggs, powdered sugar and chopped nuts and mix well. Spread this mixture over the crumbs and place in freezer until quite solid. Remove and spread the ice cream on top of this. (An easy way is to open the package fully, slice the ice cream into about 1-inch slices and lay these on top, filling in open places with slices cut to fit. Smooth this all together. Spread the remaining crumbs on top of the ice cream and cover. Return to freezer until serving time. This will keep very well frozen.
