1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. water
mix together
chill 1/2 hr. for batter

1 lemon zest
1 lime zest
4-5 trout

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt, sugar and water. grate lemon and lime skin, squeeze lemon juice into batter. roll trout in flour, then dip in batter mixture. fry 3 min. in just grease, stirring occasionally.
