1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted a& diced (about 1 cup)
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 Jalapeņo minced (include rib and or seeds for hotter taste)
1 small cucumber, peeled & diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
