1/2 cup walnut halves 1/2 cup peanuts 1/2 cup almond halves 1/2 cup pecans 1/2 cup cashew's I also add pine nuts 2 egg whites 1 tsp. water 1 T. pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Slightly beat 2 egg whites the water. Combine nuts and egg mixtures in a zip lick bag, toss well and add the pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Toss again until nuts are coated and place on slightly greased cookie sheet, single layer. Bake at 300º for 20-25 minutes. Cool on waxed paper and store in zip lock bags.
