1 head shredded lettuce
1 head fresh cauliflower sliced thin
1 package bacon
1 small onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Add cauliflower, onion, mayo, sugar and cheese. Mix together and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add to lettuce and crumble bacon and serve.
