Ingredients:  
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup oil
1-2 T. sugar
2 T vinegar (I like red wine)
1 T. fresh or dried Parsley
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 C. finely diced celery
2-3 finely sliced green onions
1-11oz can mandarin oranges
1 bag mixed field greens or romaine lettuce
1/2 bag baby spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, pepper, oil, sugar, vinegar and parsley. Set aside. Brown sliced almonds slowly with 2-3 T sugar in dry frying pan. Set aside until tossing salad.Toss salad, add almonds and dressing, serve.

Watch almonds closely because they start getting crunchy quickly.
