2 sides of spareribs (beef) 2 medium onions 1/2 c. ketchup 1 c. water 1/2 tsp. chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. dry mustard
Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Combine all ingredients except onions. Place layer of ribs in roasting pan with sliced onion on top and 1/2 of the BBQ sauce. Repeat layer. Cover pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
