2 c. sour cream
2 c. granulated sugar
18 ozs. frozen coconut
1 box yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Bake cake mix as directed and cool. Split each layer in half, making four layers. Place coconut mixture between each layer and place in a covered cake container in the refrigerator for 4 days before serving.
