1-15oz can black beans
1-15 oz can shoepeg corn
1-4 oz can diced green chiles
1-2 1/4 oz can diced ripe olives
bunch green onions chopped
2-avocados (peeled and diced)
3 ripe tomatoes
1 package ranch dressing (dry)
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain beans, corn, chilies and olives. Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and avocados and refrigerate overnight.
Add chopped tomatoes 1 hour before serving and add avocados just before serving
