1 Loaf White Bread
4 cups cheddar cheese shredded
8 eggs
5 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
onion flakes to taste
1 stick butter
crushed cornflakes
Slices of ham

Directions:
Directions:
Butter slices of bread without crusts on both sides and line 8x12 pan. Cover with cheese and slices of ham, top with buttered bread.
Mix the eggs, milk, mustard and onion flakes. Pour mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, mix 1 stick butter milted with crushed cornflakes and top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
