1 1/2 lbs tenderized round steak or cube steaks
3 Tbsp margarine
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup rice
2 tsp dried minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 2 qt. covered casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In skillet, brown steak well in fat. Remove to casserole dish.

In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over meat.

Cover and bake for 1-1/2 hours.
