2/3 c butter
1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 - 2/3 c buttermilk
2 - 1/3 c flour
1 c cornmeal
4 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 small can of sweet corn

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Combine eggs, and buttermilk. Combine flour, corn meal, baking powder, salt, and corn; add to creamed mixture alternately with egg mixture.

Pour into a greased 13-in x 9-in x-2-in, baking pan. Bake at 400 for 24 - 27 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cut into squares.
