6 large green peppers, remove seeds & membranes, rinse
2 Tbsp onions, chopped
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
3/4 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients & stuff into peppers. Place peppers stem side up in baking dish. Bake @ 350 until hot & bubbly.
