2 cups sugar
2 cups water
4 heaping Tbsp cornstarch
1 small box strawberry Jell-O

1 Quart Sliced Strawberries (per pie)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir sugar, water, and cornstarch until dissolved. Add strawberry Jell-O, stir and let cool.

Add strawberries to mixture and stir to coat strawberries.

Pour into pre-baked pie shell and refrigerate.

Serve with Cool Whip.

NOTE: This is enough glaze for TWO pies. You can cut recipe in half or store half (1-1/2 cups) of glaze in refrigerator. When making second pie, microwave glaze until slightly warm.
